MNGlobalCargo Returns Policy

At MNGlobalCargo, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients with our logistics and cargo transportation services. Understanding that the nature of our services involves the handling, shipping, and warehousing of goods, we have outlined a returns policy to address any concerns that may arise with shipments.

1. Return of Goods

Due to the nature of our services, physical returns of goods are managed based on the terms agreed upon between the sender, the receiver, and MNGlobalCargo at the time of service agreement. If goods need to be returned due to shipping errors, damage, or other logistics mishaps, the following procedures will apply:

a. Notification: The recipient must notify MNGlobalCargo of the intention to return the item within a specified period from the date of delivery, typically within 7 days.

b. Condition of Goods: Goods must be in the same condition that they were received, including all packaging and documentation.

c. Approval: All returns are subject to approval by MNGlobalCargo after an assessment of the condition and reason for return.

2. Refund and Compensation

a. Damage or Loss: In cases where goods are damaged or lost during transit, MNGlobalCargo will follow the compensation procedures as outlined in our service agreement, which may include repair, replacement, or compensation based on the insured value.

b. Shipping Errors: For returns resulting from shipping errors (e.g., incorrect destination, duplication), MNGlobalCargo will arrange for the return of goods at no additional cost to the client.

3. Restocking Fee

In situations where returns are accepted, a restocking fee may apply, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a logistics mishap. The restocking fee will be specified in the service agreement.

4. Process for Returns

Clients wishing to return goods must follow the process outlined by MNGlobalCargo, which includes:

  • Contacting our customer service to file a return request.
  • Providing a detailed reason for the return and any supporting documentation.
  • Following specific instructions provided by MNGlobalCargo for the return shipment.

5. Exceptions

Certain types of goods may be exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, hazardous materials, or customized items. These exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of the service agreement.

6. Amendments

This Returns Policy may be updated or amended from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
